Introduction: Businesses and organizations in the current period strive to thrive in a fiercely competitive environment by attracting a maximum number of consumers.

Purpose: This review study seeks to examine the definition of quality in health care with the goal of promoting health.

Materials and Methods: The methodology employed involved doing a comprehensive literature search of review and research studies in internationally recognized databases such as Medline, Pubmed, and Cinahl.
