Abstract
Dupuytren's disease, a fibroproliferative disorder of the hand, remains a challenging pathology with significant impact on hand function and quality of life. This article provides a thorough examination of the intricate pathogenesis underlying Dupuytren's disease, delving into the molecular and cellular mechanisms driving abnormal collagen deposition in the palmar fascia. A detailed analysis of the clinical manifestations, from early nodules to advanced contractures, sheds light on the progressive nature of this condition.
